• AEGIS: Self-protecting data platform with embedded security policies
• Anthem: Secure data collaboration and analytics platform
• Professional services, implementation support, and training

Specific features and pricing are described in individual service agreements and on our pricing pages at the time of purchase.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software
• Use our services to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTAVIABLE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantaViable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
